There are plenty of programs that introduce important concepts but fail to demonstrate using true, real-life examples. Then there are the biographies of people who have gone through profound transformations and from whose stories you can find parallels to your own. Finally, there is much to be said about the power and enlightenment of journaling.

In this take-action program, I've seamlessly blended these genres, creating a program that is not only rich with meaning but also delivers profound results.

While my story may not parallel your story, it is my hope that once you hear it, you’ll understand that I know you and I get you. I, too, have spent much of my life embroiled in difficult circumstances outside of my control, so I have a great deal of compassion and so much love for you.

Having turned difficult circumstances into strength, I’ve shifted the power over my life back to me. Now, when I encounter challenging conditions, I move through them with confidence and strength and the results are markedly different. You’re here because you desire the same abilities.

The biographical component of this program instills the confidence that transforming from circumstance to strength is possible for you. The concepts explained in this program will show you exactly how to affect that transformation. But the journaling component is where the magic happens.

I know all too well that the prospect of journaling can feel cumbersome. Where to start? What to write? How do you know when you’re done? How can you be sure it’s moving you toward your goal? For me, journaling seems like one more to-do on a never-ending list.

While you’re free to journal if you like, this program does not require it in the traditional form. Instead, I take you through this journey with strategic questions in carefully planned worksheets to help you to incorporate the concepts in the program, step-by-loving-step.

While completing some of the worksheets – especially in Segment 1 – isn’t easy and may not feel good, each of the segment worksheets is essential for turning circumstance into strength. This program ain’t for sissies, but that’s why you’re here.
