how to get the most out of power shift™️

There are 3 deliberate segments to the transformation you’re about to embark on. For that reason, I’ve created a powerful 3-segment format that will walk you through your journey. Each segment consists of a video less than 10 minutes in length and an accompanying worksheet.

Thoughtful, intentional completion of the worksheets is the key to shifting your power and essential to your transformation. You should plan on spending approximately 30 minutes on each worksheet.

It’s important that you complete the worksheet accompanying each video immediately after watching that segment and before watching the next video. Resist the urge to jump ahead. I also suggest you don’t let too much time pass between segments. If possible, complete this program over a day or two.
